I don't think anyone said anywhere if it was a drift or a skid or anything for that matter. The race course comes onto the road about 30 feet behind him at a right angle. You come out of the trees at full speed, turn 90 degrees on the flat gravel and cross the finish line, which about where he is in the picture. As far as the picture goes, I said "cut it loose for a good picture" so he cut it loose, it made for a good picture. No need for the peanut gallery to over analize it. |

The rider is just a tad blurry. I actually had discarded it until I took a second look last night. |
